Vitality's bleaching powder intended for all types of lightening. Ultra-versatile bleaching powder, intended for all bleaching techniques. Its special formula and the quality of the ingredients used prevent the product from swelling and escaping from the strips. Its creamy texture adheres perfectly to the hair and ensures uniform discoloration.
