A cream developer for RefectoCil tints! The oxidant cream is characterized by its texture that mixes easily with dyes. It ensures a perfect coloring result and the Blonde Brow only works with it.
Different from 3% liquid oxidant, its creamy consistency makes mixing with RefectoCil tints easier to apply.

Dropper device: allows the drops to be expelled precisely and economically.
The tip guarantees the absence of impurities in the bottle.
