• An ultra-easy and quick to apply color
• A 100% gel formula top coat for deep, shiny or matte color
• Catalyze 30 seconds under lamp at each step

Application :

• Apply an OPI Gel Color Stay Classic or Stay Strong base coat. Catalyze 30 seconds under the Led lamp.
• Apply a layer of the OPI Velvet Vision shade of your choice. Do not catalyze. Then move the magnet over the nail to shape the effect to your liking. Repeat the operation a second time. Catalyze everything for 30 seconds under the led lamp.
• Apply a layer of OPI Gel Color Stay Shiny top coat. Catalyze 30 seconds under the led lamp.
