Application : Dip brush once and apply Olaplex Lashbond building serum to skin along upper lash line on both eyes. Do not wash these areas. Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products. No need to apply to the lower lash line. Use twice a day, morning and evening, on clean, dry skin.
