Application : For best results, we recommend using Pro Growth Eyelash & Eyebrow Growth Serum in the morning and evening. Make sure your face is clean without makeup. Apply a small amount of serum along the upper lash line and then onto your hairs following the direction of hair growth. Wait 2-3 minutes before putting on makeup or going to bed.
