The Nutritive Kérastase fine hair routine consists of:

Bain Satin Nutritive by Kérastase. Bain Satin from the Kérastase Nutritive range is a shampoo for normal to slightly dry hair, which will deeply nourish the fiber and restore shine. Your hair will regain suppleness and shine. This shampoo also contains lipids which are distributed on the surface of the hair in order to stimulate the production of sebum. This forms a natural barrier, protecting the hair against drying out as well as daily aggressions. Hair is smoother, easier to style and detangle.
Application : Apply the shampoo in a small amount to wet hair then emulsify. During the first application, gently massage the scalp with your fingertips to remove particles from the scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Apply the shampoo a second time in the same way as the first. The second shampoo releases a more abundant foam allowing you to clean the lengths and ends. Rinse thoroughly.

Kérastase Sublimating Thermal Lotion : Thermoprotective detangling essence at 230°C, without rinsing, specially designed for fine to medium dry hair. This milky mist is enriched with plant-based proteins and Niacinamide, an active ingredient that strengthens hair and comes from skin care. It also protects the hair's natural barrier. From the first application, the hair is stronger and has half as many split ends. Thanks to the hydration of the hair fiber and its anti-frizz action, styling is made easier. Hair is instantly softer and shinier.
Application : On towel-dried hair, apply 6 to 10 sprays, depending on the length and thickness of the hair. Apply to the ends, then comb to evenly distribute the product. Dry with a hairdryer or in the open air. Complete your routine with the Dry Ends Concentrate for more nutrition on the ends.

Lait Vital by Kérastase : Moisturizing conditioner for dry hair. Its pearly gel formula provides intense hydration and detangles dry, fine to medium hair. Enriched with plant-based proteins and Niacinamide, a skin care active ingredient that strengthens hair, this conditioner also strengthens hair's natural protective barrier. It leaves a protective film that smoothes the hair scales, thus significantly improving shine. Hair is instantly softer and hydrated, more supple and easier to comb.
Application : Apply a dab of milk to the lengths, after shampooing. Massage gently. Emulsify. Rinse.
