Application Always use a specific base before applying the chosen color in order to protect the nails and improve the hold of the nail polish. Apply 2 coats of Shine N'Wear color allowing it to dry completely between steps. For an ultra-shiny effect, apply the Gel Effect top coat. WARNINGS: Highly flammable liquid and vapor.
