How to use :
Position your helmet and block the wheels to prevent it from moving. To do this, lower the levers: you should hear a click.
- To adjust the height of the helmet, loosen the twist lock, move the top tube up or down, then retighten the lock to prevent movement.
- Turn on the helmet by choosing the temperature using the control and set the timer to the duration of your choice.
- Make sure the temperature control and timer are turned off after use.
- Let the helmet cool down before storing it
