INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
The thick, winged, exaggerated “cat eye” is always in fashion!
Apply a thick line on the upper lash line with the EYE LINER PEN pen
Draw an oblique line in bold outward and make it exceed on the corner of the eye
Then draw a line from the inside corner of the bottom lash line to the end until it connects to the top line
Fill and fill the tip so that it is clear and without burrs
Make sure the wing edge is sharp
