Use : Perform teeth whitening 1x per day until the desired shade is obtained or until the kit is exhausted (5 uses). Then, 1 per month is enough to keep a bright smile all year round.

Step 1 / Preparation:

• Spray 3-4 sprays of stain remover spray on your toothbrush and brush your teeth for 1-2 minutes to prepare them for teeth whitening.
• Immerse the gutters for about 5 seconds in simmering water (not boiling) to make them malleable.
• Insert them into your mouth and then bite them down so that they take the shape of your teeth. Then cut the tongue of each gutter.
• Remove the lamp cover and remove the plastic film located under the battery. Replace the batteries and close.
• Define the shade of your teeth with the color chart to follow the evolution of whitening.

Step 2 / Teeth whitening:

• Evenly fill each tray with approximately 1 mL of whitening gel and drop onto your teeth.
• Turn on and place the mini LED lamp between your lips to speed up teeth whitening.
• Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes for your first use and about 30 minutes for the next ones.
• Remove the lamp and the gutters, rinse your mouth thoroughly and clean the gutters.
