Application: Apply to damp hair. It can also be applied to dry and natural blonde hair. For best results, treat lightened hair that has been towel-dried with the CC2 balm spray from Indola on the porous lengths and ends. Start by applying to the areas that require the most neutralization. Very porous lengths and ends generally require a shorter processing time.
