These ingredients strengthen and rebuild the hair fiber of blonde hair by creating new bonds. The products of the BlondMe Cold Blond neutralizing range with purple pigments fight against unwanted yellow and orange reflections.
BlondMe Cold Blonde Neutralizing Shampoo:
