• Check that the device is switched off (“0-OFF”).
• Plug the adapter into a compatible power outlet (check the voltage indicated on the adapter label before plugging in). Unplug the adapter when the machine is not in use.

• Switch on ("I-ON") the device.
• After cutting, switch off (“0-OFF”) the device and unplug it.
• Check that the switch is in the “0-OFF” position when not in use.
• Clean the blades using the included cleaning brush.
• Wipe the trimmer body with a dry cloth.
• Pour a few drops of lubricating oil on the blades and wipe off excess oil with a dry cloth; this is important to keep the blades in optimum condition.

• Step 1: Before placing the blade in the adjustment tool, use the screwdriver provided to loosen the tension screws, but do not remove them completely.
• Step 2: Place the blade inside the adjustment tool on the side labeled “Zero Gap”
• Step 3: Push the movable part of the blade upwards, as far as the structure of the adjustment tool allows, until the movable blade joins the upper part of the adjustment tool. The blades will then be aligned with each other.
• Step 4: Tighten the tension screws to hold the blade in place using the screwdriver.
• Step 5: Extract the blade from the adjustment tool by gently pushing it from the opposite side.

Normal Cut: Reset Blade Position

• Step 1: Before placing the blade in the adjustment tool, use the screwdriver provided to loosen the tension screws, but do not completely remove them. Place the blade inside the side adjustment tool labeled “Regular”. The tool will automatically lower the movable blade to its initial position.
• Step 2: Tighten the tension screws to hold the blade in place.
• Step 3: Extract the blade from the adjustment tool by gently pushing it from the opposite side.
