Wella's Blondor powder offers the most powerful lightening on already colored hair. Get up to 7 shades lighter! The anti-yellowing molecules present in the formula reduce the orange and yellow nuances due to lightening. A multi-application powder suitable for all lightening techniques.
Application :
Mix Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect or Color Touch Emulsion oxidant, in a ratio of 1+1.5 to 1+2, in a non-metallic container. For scalp application, mix with 20 vol (6%) or less developer.
