Wella's Blondor powder offers the most powerful lightening on previously colored hair. Achieve up to 7 levels of lightening! The anti-yellowing molecules in the formula help reduce orange and yellow tones resulting from lightening. A multi-application powder suitable for all lightening techniques.

Application:

Mix the Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect or Colour Touch Emulsion developer, in a non-metallic container, in a ratio of 1+1.5 to 1+2. For scalp application, mix with 20 vol (6%) or lower developer.
