RefectoCil Blue Black n°2 eyelashes & eyebrows tint 15ml

Eyelash & eyebrow dye Blue Black n°2 RefectoCil Bleu Noir is a shade of Black with a slight bluish undertone that adds depth and shine to create a dazzling Bleu Noir style. Can be mixed with 7 other RefectoCil colors Does not drip and is water resistant Lasts up to 6 weeks Application : STEP 1: Preparation Ask your client to remove her contact lenses. Cleanse the eye area with our oil-free RefectoCil Micellar Makeup Remover that strengthens eyelashes. Use RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove residues for better results. Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Skin Protection Cream with Paper Protectors following the instructions. STEP 2: Mix & Apply Mix 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant until a creamy paste is obtained and apply without delay to eyelashes and/or eyebrows. STEP 3: Exposure time Eyelashes: 10 minutes. Eyebrows: 10 minutes. STEP 4: Finalization! Remove using cotton pads and water. Capacity : 15ml
