RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s tint activator gel 15ml
Mix RefectoCil Intense Brow[n] Gel Activator with Gel Base Intense Brow[n] eyebrow gels to achieve the desired color.
- For use with Intense Browns dyes
- Contains silver nitrate which colors the eyebrows and eyelashes in depth
- Leaves hair looking very dark

Application :
- Apply with Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel: leave on for 2 minutes and remove with a dry cotton swab
- Apply with Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel: leave on for 1 minute and remove with a damp cotton swab
