The Okara Silver balm is a conditioner that meets the needs of hair whose reflections are cold: platinum blonde, white and gray. It neutralizes bad yellow and copper reflections and accentuates cold reflections for a visible result. At the same time, it sublimates the hair by rebalancing the level of hydration of the hair fiber. Sensitized hair is repaired, soft and shiny.
