The Fiber Base 108 Tourmaline Expert Line MNP 14ml is a colored base enriched with fiberglass, designed to provide better hold and resistance for your semi-permanent nail polishes. Its advanced formula makes it ideal for various applications.

Application: Mattify the natural nail. Apply: 1. PH Prep; 2. Xbond; 3. A layer of Fiber Base Overlay without touching the cuticles; 4. Cure under LED/UV lamp for 1 to 2 minutes; 5. Apply two thin layers of Gel Polish without touching the cuticles; 6. Cure under LED/UV lamp for 1 to 2 minutes at each step; 7. Apply a layer of Top Coat; 8. Cure under LED/UV lamp for 1 to 2 minutes.
