Application : before the finishing step (gloss), on a perfectly smooth and dry surface:

• Cut out the chosen pattern on the sheet.
• Moisten the decal backing for 15 seconds.
• To remove all traces of water, dab the pattern on absorbent paper.
• Place the decoration on the nail.
• Smooth the pattern with your finger. Remove the excess.
• Let dry then apply the gloss of your choice.
