Formulated to style your semi-permanent manicure or gel application, the Master Velvet No Wipe top coat by Mollon Pro creates a matte effect. Indeed, this top coat mattifies your varnish or gel and creates a protective layer of color.
Use :
After having catalyzed your semi-permanent or your Mollon Pro gel, apply the Master Iron No Wipe top coat.
Catalyzing time: UV / LED lamp 90 sec, UV lamp 120 sec.
