Artist Lips Pencil is the ultra pigmented lip liner characterized by extreme softness. Its smooth texture allows a simple, fast use and ultra precise tip allows to realize a perfect line, for a lasting result without defect. Formulated with vegetable waxes with moisturizing properties, it fades easily and is also perfect as a base for lipstick. Artist Lips can be used all over the lip, for a perfect matte effect, or before lipstick, to prolong its hold of its color.
