Hyaluronic acid helps lock in moisture and provide a plumping effect. ABC Complex, a combination of allantoin, beta-glucan and ceramides, strengthens the skin barrier, improves hydration and soothes the skin. This toner is fragrance free and dermatologically tested for sensitive skin.
