This ready-to-use professional neutralizer does not require any mixing. It takes care of the hair and promotes long-lasting waviness. This premium neutralizer has been formulated for use with all Kadus Professional perm products.
Application : use 100ml per service,
- Leave on the curlers for 5 minutes
- Unroll the curlers
- Leave on again for 5 minutes
- Rinse
