Sunny Flash Formul Pro Blue Bleach Powder
Non-volatile formula. Use quick-flashy / speedy wick / cotton or aluminum. Discoloration up to 7 tones. To be mixed with the integral oxidant 20, 30 or 40V. Does not flow. Ideal for creating even streaks, highlights and bleaches over the entire head.
