Apply the corresponding adhesive refill to the chosen side. Gently run the grater over the rough areas of your feet, using circular motions. Rinse your feet with lukewarm water to remove dead cells and pat them dry. Remove the used adhesive refill and replace it with a new one before each use.   Pro tips: Use the 100 Hard grit side for calluses and very rough areas. Use the 180 Medium grit side for regular maintenance and gentler exfoliation. Do not press too hard to avoid irritation. After each use, clean the grater with warm water and let it air dry.
