Usage :

• Choose the face of the grater according to the desired exfoliation intensity.

• Rinse your feet with lukewarm water to remove dead cells and pat them dry.
• Remove the used adhesive refill and replace it with a new one before each use.

Pro tips:

• Use the 100 Hard grit side for calluses and very rough areas.
• Use the 180 Medium grit side for regular maintenance and gentler exfoliation.
• Do not press too hard to avoid irritation.
• After each use, clean the grater with warm water and let it air dry.
