Application: Remove contact lenses if present. Clean the eye contour, then gently dry. Lightly brush the lashes. Choose the pad according to the desired effect, apply the ULTRA glue to secure the lashes, then apply the Brow & Lash Perm (6 min) followed by the Neutralizer (4 min). Optional: tint the lashes directly on the pads for 2 min. Remove residue with a damp cotton pad.
