Eugène Perma's Solaris 7-tone bleaching powder allows you to bleach up to 7 tones depending on the type of hair and its nature. This bleaching powder is used to achieve overall bleaching, streaking or sweeping work on any type of hair. Directions : In a non-metallic bowl, mix Solaris P7 compact powder with Oxycrème at 10V (3%), 20V (6%), 30V (9%) or 40V (12%) depending on the degree desired discoloration. Mix well and apply to dry hair. The exposure time is 10 to 50 minutes. It is important to monitor in order to achieve the desired result. Rinse thoroughly with a special Solaris neutralizing milk shampoo. Precaution for use : this product may cause an allergic reaction in some people.
