Kérastase Curl Manifesto Frizzy Hair Care Routine
Curly hair is amazing, but it's dry, brittle and difficult to style. Treatments must be more and more efficient for well-defined curls, plump and full of vitality. Curl Manifesto by Kérastase is the first professional range based on Manuka and ceramide dedicated to all types of curls.

- Step 1: Bathe with Curl Manifesto Creamy Shampoo
This moisturizer is formulated with Manuka honey and Ceramide to meet the needs of curly, frizzy and frizzy hair. His mission ? Gently cleanse the scalp and the lengths to eliminate impurities accumulated during the day. The scalp is protected, the curls are hydrated without being weighed down and they are plump.
Application : On wet hair, distribute the shampoo all over the hair then emulsify. Gently massage the scalp and the lengths. Rinse with water. Renew if necessary.

- Step 2: Treat with Curl Manifesto High Nutrition Mask
A true ally for fragile curls, the powerful nourishing action of the mask will nourish, repair and strengthen curly, frizzy and frizzy hair, limiting the risk of breakage. The curls are plumper and are sublimated.
Application : Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair, from lengths to ends. Run your fingers through your hair to detangle without breaking the curls. Leave your mask on for 5 minutes for light nutrition and up to 30 minutes for deep nutrition and hydration. Emulsify then rinse thoroughly.

Ultra-nourishing, it tames curls thanks to its anti-frizz action. Ideal for finishing, this fundamental cream finishes nourishing the hair while offering it thermal protection up to 230°C. Equipped with an anti-humidity shield, it allows total control of frizz and preserves the plump shape of the curl.
Application : Apply the cream to damp hair. Take the amount of product needed according to the length and thickness of the hair. Apply to your lengths by untangling the knots. Wrap the curls with your hands to define them well. Do not rinse.

- Step 4: Define with Sublime Repair Oil
This multi-purpose nourishing oil to care for hair and scalp. As a moisturizer or simply as a finishing gesture, sublime repair Curl Manifesto natural oil adapts to your hair routine for perfectly shaped curls!
Application : As a pre-shampoo treatment : apply 1 to 2 pumps of product to dry hair. Leave on for 5 minutes before using the Curl Manifesto shampoo. Rinse thoroughly. In scalp care : apply 1 to 2 pumps of product, by section, on the scalp and massage gently to hydrate it in depth. As a leave-in treatment : on wet or dry hair, apply 1 to 2 pumps of product depending on your length and thickness. Distribute the treatment evenly over the hair and wrap to define the curl. Air dry or dry with a hair dryer and diffuser.

Read more Je découvre Curl manifesto de Kérastase pour mes cheveux bouclés type 4 a. C'est génial. Répare, nourrit et sent bon. Mes cheveux sont abîmés et sec. J'ai essayé plein de marques. Et c'est Kérastase qui convient à mes cheveux. Par contre les prix sont élevés. Je l'ai acheté grâce à un code promo et point de fidélité (en promotion, on peut se permettre cette achat.) Sandra HO
