Where do Igora Royal hair colors get their effectiveness? They are formulated with a clean technology that is characterized by a precise combination of high definition color pigments for results; clearer, more intense, brighter and more covering. The lipid elements improve the penetration of the pigment into the fiber and seal the color on the surface of the hair.
