Transform your color with the semi-permanent CARMEN TON ON TON hair dye, designed to provide extreme shine and silver-like highlights to blonde hair. This dye neutralizes unwanted reflections and conditions the hair, making it softer and giving it a radiant color.

Application: In a non-metallic applicator bottle or bowl, mix 30 ml of dye with 60 ml of CARMEN developer. Apply to dry or slightly damp hair. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, then emulsify with lukewarm water and rinse thoroughly. Finish with the CARMEN post-color shine shampoo.
