The BaByliss PRO Curl Definer curling iron heats up very quickly, ready to use in moments. The 30-step temperature dimmer allows you to choose the desired temperature. The Curl Definer curling iron is available in 4 diameters (ø16mm, ø19mm, ø25mm and ø32mm). Thus, it allows you to make loops of different sizes, with ease.

How to choose the right temperature?

• from 1 to 5 for synthetic and sensitized hair (between 135°C and 140°C)
• from 5 to 10 for colored hair (between 140°C and 145°C)
• from 10 to 15 for fine hair (between 145°C and 155°C)
• from 15 to 20 for normal hair (between 155°C and 165°C)
• from 20 to 25 for thick hair (between 165°C and 185°C)
• from 25 to 30 for curly and frizzy hair (between 185°C and 200°C)

Indeed, if the hair is fine, a low temperature level will allow you to obtain better results while protecting the hair. If they are thick, wavy or rebellious, choose a higher temperature to achieve the desired results.

The lever clamp integrated into the heating tube allows:

• total bit control
• winding from the top of the wick to curl the hair inward
• winding from below the wick to curl the hair outwards

Usage :

• Plug in the device and press the “I” button. Select the desired temperature level using the dimmer and wait for the light to stop flashing.
• Divide dry or damp hair into equal strands and comb through before curling. Press the clip lever, place the iron halfway up the section of hair and distribute the hair evenly between the clip and the tube. Hold the iron in place for 5-8 seconds. Gently pull the curling iron to the end of the hair.
• To remove the curling iron, press the lever of the pliers and spread it. To "set" the curl, wait until the hair is cool before brushing or combing it.
• After use, press the "0" button and unplug the device and let it cool down.
